Northern Egypt boasts Africa’s largest City, Cairo, a holiday experience in its own right and home to the well known Giza Pyramids site.

And of course you cannot forget the longest river in the World, the Nile, which has brought about the rise and wealth of the Egyptian empire due to the life its water brings to this otherwise dry desert land. Trips down the Nile on a traditional felluca boat can take you back in time along the Valley of the kings near Luxor where you can explore the City of the Dead, Edfu and many other fabulous sites. You will either have to stay in Egypt for a long time or visit many times to really appreciate all that Egypt has to offer.
