Sahl Hasheesh is around 20 minutes by car from Hurghada. Built in a huge sandy Bay, considerable investment has been pored into this resort area with imported white sand to create the beautiful main crescent beach below the promenade which runs all around the Sahl Hasheesh Bay. The white sand in the shallow part of the sea in the bay has created a beautiful bright blue effect. Sahl Hasheesh Bay is in an advanced stage of construction. The gateway to the Sahl Hasheesh area is marked with a very impressive mock Egyptian temple and gauntlet of statues, in addition to this 100,000 fully grown palm trees will line the entrance to the resort.
