Villa Giuliana dates back to the mid 1800`s as part of the build of Villa Paola. It is located in the extremely attractive area of Monte San Quirico, approximately 3 km from the walls of Lucca and currently sits on 1 hectare of land.
The building is approximately 850 sqm and will be divided into 10 (2-3 bedroom) apartments ranging in size from 65 sq m to 100 sq m. The design and build will be carried out by the offices of Francesco Rondina from bagni di Lucca. The plan is to use local people and materials to ensure the best build quality and the best use of local resources.
The restoration will start in July 2007 and is planned to completed by December 2008.
Apartment H is a first floor duples apartment consisting of 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with a open plan living area and study. The apartment measures 85.23 sqm and also benefits from a terrace area.
